  • We do not accept returns/exchanges/cancel orders. All sales are final. 

If product becomes damaged by use of customer, we are not responsible.
If arrive damaged, please send us pictures within 2 days and we will refund you the price of the damaged items.
If you place multiple orders on the same day same address and pay shipping more than once we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order!
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package. 

once the package has been shipped it is out of our hands.

  • Expedited shipping options (UPS/DHL and Priority) all come with insurance. If your package becomes lost with an expedited shipping option, it would be best to reach out to the carrier to process a claim.
